I paid for Volos guide and now I no longer have access from something I was planning on using :( is there any way to get a pdf so I can use some of it?

If you paid for it, you should still have access to it. Double check that your Account Entitlements are in sync: (https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/marketplace).
