Hello, I haven't been able to upload monster portraits anymore in my homebrew creations, even though it used to work just fine and the image has the recommended size. Is anyone experiencing the same problems and /or knows a solution to this problem ?

Are you attempting to upload both pics at the same time? That always makes it flop, you gotta do them and save individually.

I tried that as well and unfortunately that did not work either...

What format are they? They should be .jpg format.

They are .jpg and the recommended size. Haven't had any issues until two weeks ago and it hasn't been working since unfortunately...

same here.  i've tried all the suggested variations.  it just won't retain the image when i try to save.

It just started working a couple days later even though I didn't change anything. So I axtually have nothing to help you with. Sorry...

Same Issue just started today 

Earlier today was able to load a pic, then it started not loading them.

To be honest, it’s really not that big a deal since the only one able to see the images is you most of the time.

Not if I want to add it as an Extra on the character.  I figured it out. Even though it says JPG, I converted it to PNG and it uploaded just fine

Like I said, “most of the time.” Yes, it’ll take .ipg files, but not .jpeg files I believe.
