New here; Googled my brains out and while I found tons of posts with similar issues, they were almost always resolved with "Oops, never bought the content". I, however, bought the content... months ago, so it's had plenty of time to propagate.
Problem: Dissonant Whispers not showing up under my Add Spells list for my L3 Wizard.
I own the Player's Handbook, purchased months ago, and have confirmed in the Marketplace
I own the specific spell as part of my PHB purchase, and have confirmed in the Marketplace
My Entitlement Data is in sync, confirmed in the Marketplace
I've enabled all Optional Class Features on my Wizard in case it was linked to that
Oddly, the spell does show up as a known Psionic Spell for my Aberrant Mind Sorcerer.
I've tried logging out/in, using another device, etc. in case it had something to do with browser cache, to no avail. Because it is visible to my Sorcerer and not my Wizard, I'm inclined to think this has something to do with my character configuration and not my account, but any ideas or help is appreciated.

Of course it's not.
It's not a Wizard spell.
🤣

I swear I checked the class tags at the bottom of the spell's detail page a hundred times before posting this. Evidently, I didn't check once. Thank you.
