I put in a ticket for this but got nothing so far.

So, my DM sent me the invite link to our campaign, but I am unable to join. When I click on the link it takes me directly to my-campaigns page that just says I haven't started or am not in any campaigns.

I deleted any extra characters I have and none of them are assigned to games (although idk if that matters considering I'm not in the campaign yet to assign them).

I've tried a different browser

I cleared the cache

I logged in and out

Incognito

Literally nothing has worked and idk what to do

Are you 100% sure they’re sending you the “join” link and not the campaign link? They’re two different links.
