I have a homebrew subclass for my paladin, I updated the subclass, but the updates don't show up on the character sheet. I made sure it saved like all the other forum pages suggested, tried logging out and logging back in, tried unselecting the subclass option and reselecting this subclass, I made these changes to my subclass over a month ago, so it should've updated on its own. When I go into my homebrew and select the subclass, I see the updated class, but I don't see the updated version in my character sheet. Any suggestions are welcome, hopefully someone can figure out the magic order of buttons I have to click because I've exhausted the resources available to me.
Normally I would direct you to the General Homebrew FAQ #6, but it looks as if you’ve already checked that out based on what you have tried, so I won’t bother. Lemme ask you, is this a subclass you had previously purchased? If so, make sure that the version in your “Homebrew Collection” (https://www.dndbeyond.com/my-collection) is the new updated version and not the older previously published version. Only the version in your “collection” will be available to your character sheets, regardless of which version is listed under your “Homebrew Creations” (https://www.dndbeyond.com/my-creations), which is a separate list.
If the correct version is the one in your active “collection,” then it could simply be that specific character sheet is just permanently stuck on that older version for some reason. Try to see if it works properly when you test it on a completely new character sheet.
I tried making a new character and that one has the updated class working properly, so yeah it must just be something weird with the original character sheet or something. Thank you for your help, I'm happy that something finally worked.
just had this issue, resolved it by deleting the class choice and reselecting it, slightly better than creating a whole new sheet for anyone who has this issue in the future. might only be an issue for classes who gain their subclass at level 1 as mine was a cleric.

Making a copy of the original character doesn't work, I'll just transfer everything manually to the brand new sheet.
