I have a player with a Hexblade character, and he selected the Lifedrinker Invocation. We use the dice roller feature a lot, so having accurate numeration is important.
When he picked Agonizing blast it adding the Cha modifier to the damage of the Action roll.
The online dice roler is still being updated not everything has been implemented for it yet. Your player would have to manually anything that doesn't get added automatically unfortunately.
I think, at this point, your best option is simply to customize your weapon and simply add the extra damage.
Probably why they haven't bothered to update the rolling system to accommodate for it - adding more code might mess other things up. And customizing works just fine.

But it doesn't seem to do that for Lifedrinker

"Play the game however you want to play the game. After all, your fun doesn't threaten my fun."
Its not so much the online dice roller as it is the damage calculation on the character sheet.
Hex warrior/ Pact of the blade allows the PC to use Cha+1 for the to hit/ damage.
So in this case (20 Cha) 1d8+6 with a Longsword.
Lifedrinker adds extra necrotic damage equal to Cha modifier. (Another +5).
That's the part not showing up. It's not situational like the extra damage from Hexblade's Curse.
It should be "always on"
They haven't put it "Always On" yet. The dice roller is still in development and they haven't added the right modifiers to everything.
I have a weird sense of humor.
I also make maps.(That's a link)
Have they done that yet..?
Make a warlock character and see for yourself.
