I preordered Vecna Eve of Ruin recently and I have not received said One Shot prequel "Vecna Nest of the Eldritch Eye."
I feel a little disappointed that I preordered this and now in reading that I am supposed to have this one shot and I don't.
For transparency, I followed the prompts to the Wizard's website and preordered it there and was not certain how or if my Beyond account would be linked, or if I would get a key later ... Either way, any help from support would be appreciated as I would love to run this one shot in preparation for the book launch.
I got an email from WotC with instructions and a code. Maybe check your spam folders.
PS; Nest of the Eldrich Eye shows under Sources>Adventures. I'm not showing anything atm to see that I own Eve of Ruin. I'm guessing I'll get a new email with a code on the release date.
In order to access the free pre-order bonus of Nest of the Eldritch Eye, you must redeem the code you were sent when you pre-ordered the bundle. Until you redeem this code, you won't have access to any D&D Beyond content as part of the digital + physical bundle.
Hi Davyd. The problem is that none of us actually received a code when we pre-ordered the physical + digital bundle. Spam folders checked, but nothing? An ideas how we might get a code (other than waiting for the actual release of the full adventure)? Thanks!
Eve of Ruin's release date is May 21st, so you shouldn't be able to see that until two weeks before, when preorder early access starts. If you can access Nest of the Eldritch Eye, you're golden!
@Ricon: can you confirm for me that you still don't have access to Nest of the Eldritch Eye?

I realize main adventure won’t be available until May 7, but my understanding was I should be able to access the Nest of the Eldrich Eye now. Anything you can do to help would be greatly appreciated. In your "Confirmation of Order" email, there is a link to your code at the bottom of the email, under the heading "DOWNLOAD AND ACTIVATION OF YOUR DIGITAL PRODUCTS"
That's where I got my code from.
