Per the Basic rules, languages can be learned over 250 gold at 1gold/day (assuming a teacher can be found, etc.) and I can't seem to find a way to add languages outside of classes, backgrounds, and feats.
It's not possible today, but will be when the new character sheet is released, which is expected to be in the next few days.

with the release of the new character sheet yesterday, it's possible to add any languages you like to a character, including custom ones. :)
