I previously purchased a large amount of a la carte options for my DND Beyond account but as of this morning I don't have access to any of these options in my account, but the orders still show in order history.
just a heads up, If you buy the remaining chapters of these books you made individual purchases from you will now be re-charged for all of your a la carte purchases.

Never mind, somehow my purchases had unsynced. Leaving this up though in case others have the same issue.

Mods and community managers are collecting feedback for the new marketplace, but per the official statement https://www.dndbeyond.com/posts/1709-d-d-beyond-marketplace-redesign-see-whats-new-here, previous individual purchases should be counting towards the final price. So that appears to be a bug and it needs to be fed back to the devs.
you can still get the discount, but you have to go through support.
why this is not automatic? no idea
