What's new in the D&D Beyond marketplace?
D&D Beyond shoppers shipping to the U.S. can now purchase physical books. They can also purchase physical and digital bundles at a discount! We continue to support all customers purchasing digital content only. If you want to purchase physical and digital content bundles and ship outside of the U.S., you can purchase on our partner site.
You'll also find more information on available products. Thinking about picking up a copy of Vecna: Eve of Ruin? Now you'll get to preview some of the stunning artwork from the adventure and see what your digital purchase of it unlocks for your D&D Beyond account.
We’ve also made it easier to see what content is unlocked for your account in D&D Beyond tools and moved Redeem a Key to your D&D Beyond account dropdown menu.

How do I get a discount when I bundle?
If you previously purchased a bundle in the D&D Store, you'll find the experience has changed. Now, simply add both products to your shopping cart and you'll see a discount at checkout.
Can I still purchase subclasses, feats, and other game listings à la carte?
À la carte purchases are no longer supported. However, any individual items you've previously purchased will continue to be available for use on D&D Beyond. If you've purchased à la carte items and would like to buy the digital book, your discounts are available to you at any time by contacting customer service.
What happens if I placed a preorder before the marketplace change?
Your order is safe and sound! If you preordered a bundle containing both physical and digital items, you can still find your order on our partner site. Additionally, your content will unlock on the scheduled early access date. For all other digital purchases, you can check your Order History in the marketplace to find the latest status.
How do I find my order history?
We've moved some things around, but we've preserved your order history. You can find previously placed purchases in the Order History section of the marketplace.
Can I make feature requests or report a bug for the marketplace?
Of course! We made a thing, and we know it isn't perfect. We're already hard at work making improvements, but if you run into a bug, a bungle, or have an idea to improve your shopping experience, reach out to customer service.
