My exandria content appears to have gone missing. I can no longer search for the orc of exandria race. If this content has been removed, how do I go about requesting a refund for the product I paid for that is no longer available to me?
The issue appears to be that it does not appear in the races page of the website, as it used to, instead only appearing if one actually delves into book chapters or the character creator. I don’t want to check every book or build a new character to find out whether or not I have access to a race variant simply because dndbeyond has decided that some race variants get a spot on the race page and others don’t.

It's a subrace of Orc. You should see it if you expand the Orc race and have Critical Role and Legacy content enabled.
