If you purchased the PH on D&D Beyond and can't access its content, try syncing your entitlements in Account > Licenses.
If you purchased a physical+digital bundle from the Wizards store, you should have received a code. Once you purchase a bundle, a code will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout. This code can be redeemed at https://www.dndbeyond.com/marketplace/redeem-key. If you have redeemed it, I recommend checking entitlements again.
