Bought Glory of the Giants in the hopes of using one of the feats for a character I have on DND beyond, but the feat isn't on the list of available feats when leveling up.
I can't get anything but grappler or firearms expert or something to show up for my ranger, I want crossbow expert

I got the PHB from a local store, I'm not buying it again here. If it comes to that I'll just write it in the notes. The only thing I am going to use the feat for is not having disadvantage from using ranged weapons in close range.

Made the purchase on the 23rd, checked again today the first of September still not there.
Purchased through the site and managing character through website.
Playing a fighter and trying to get strike of the giants and the only prereq is Martial Weapon Proficiency, so should be able to use
Is the "extended rules" toggle in the character builder on? It's new, and I'm not sure which way it defaults.

The Sync Entitlements in my account was not synced. Once I did this it fixed it immediately!
