RESOLVED 6/4/2020. Minotaur and Centaur Races Disappeared in My Character Creator

To whom it may concern,

The Minotaur and Centaur races disappeared as a choice in my character creator. I don't know if anyone else has or is experiencing a similar problem.

I own all the appropriate digital source books and have made other minotaur characters previously.

Please advise on the appropriate procedure to get this race restored.

Try these in order:

1. Check on the “Home” tab of the character creator if M:tG content is enabled.
2. Check under “my account” to see if everything is in-sync.
3. Log out and back in.
4. Contact Support.

I'd like to thank you for the response.  It was a thorough run-down of options.

I did try all the recommended fixes.  Unfortunately, none of them restored the missing content.

Still, it was really great that you responded to this post and I appreciated the time you took to offer the advice.

I am waiting anxiously to hear from support.  Will post an update once I get an answer.
