I am trying to convert some of my my old customized subclasses into the 2024 format. I am running into issues where some of the abilities are just not compatible. When I try to give a subclass a half-proficiency (rounded-up) to their intelligence saving throws, the feature does not do anything. When I try and add a feat, a lot are not even listed, so I assumed the ones that are were properly tested. However when I add the feat martial adept to a 2024 subclass it does nothing. It does not allow the character to pick their maneuvers, nor does it allow them to add the d6 roll to the maneuver.
Are there plans to fix these compatibility issues?
Half proficiency to saving throws has never functioned, nor have any feats added through subclasses. Not sure what was going on before, but those have never been possible.
Is there a list somewhere of the subclass function that do not work? Submitting too many versions (because we cannot delete them) just makes out work look sloppy.

You shouldn’t publish (“share with community”/“submit”) anything if it isn’t working correctly. So there is no need to submit too many versions at all. You never need to publish any homebrew just for you and your friends to use it. All homebrew in anyone’s homebrew collection is automatically shared with every other player in every DDB campaign they are in. I go into more detail in the General Homebrew FAQ, question #7, and answer your question more directly in questions #3 & 4: (https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/dungeons-dragons-discussion/homebrew-house-rules/131411-a-homebrewers-how-to-faq#GeneralHomebrewFAQ&BasicTroubleshooting).
It is always best practice to thoroughly proofread, playtest, edit, and adjust every Homebrew until you are 1,000% certain that it is functioning properly and there is bothering left to fix prior to publishing it. I usually put all my homebrews through that process for several months, and collect feedback from folks multiple times throughout that process before I feel confident enough to consider publish stuff.
