It's in the title. Your Starting Equipment is the only way to get items that aren't weapons or armor - trying to add things via Manage Inventory produces empty filters. I only have the 2024 Free Rules so far (of the new rules), and have made a single character.
I hope that this has been flagged/noticed, as it makes it very difficult to use D&D Beyond with only the free content for 2024. If the intention is to draw in players by giving them a core of content that is playable, then this is a pretty big bug. If the intention is to force players to purchase new content in order to use it at all, then I don't really understand having a free basic ruleset.

When you go to add items to your inventory, uncheck all the filters

I did. It doesn't help. (Also, I am slightly incorrect above, there are also one potion and two scrolls available.)

Fixed now, thanks!
