I have bought on the website the PHB, but when building a Druid the other Circles that are actually in the PHB (Circles of Dreams, Spores, Stars, etc....) are not available. Is there a reason to this or is it a bug?

you can see which circles (druid subclasses) are in the Player's Handbook here:

It's Circle of the Land, and Circle of the Moon.
Circle of Dreams is from Xanathar's Guide to Everything.
Circle of Spores is from Guildmaster's Guide to Ravnica
Circle of Stars is from Tasha's Cauldron of Everything
You don't have to purchase the full book to access them though - you can purchase just the subclass you're interested in from the marketplace.

I have an Issue in the Character Builder.
I'm trying to make my Druid into a Circle of Spores Druid because it just became a Level 2.
And When I go to select Circle of Spores, It isn't there.
I have Tasha's Cauldron of Everything that already gave me the subclass.
I know it's available because I still have access to Circle of Stars and Wildfire
But Even when I go to Guildmaster's Guide to Ravnica to purchase the subclass itself.
It says I already own it.
So, I own it but can't use it?
You need to turn on the Magic: the Gathering filter in your character preferences, since GGR is MTG content.

my Druid has just levels up to level 2 and there’s no option to join any circle I don’t suppose any one would know why that is?
You're using the 2024 Druid - you'll need to switch to the 2014 version of the Druid if you want a subclass at level 2.
Go to 'Manage Character and Levels' and remove your class then scroll down to see the 2014 versions.

I can't convince the character creator to give me any Druid Subclass options except Circle of Land, allowing both 2014 and 2024 PHB content. Am I missing something?
Do you own the PHB or are you just using the SRD? The SRD only comes with circle of the Land

I was also falling victim to that assumption that a Beyond subscription's "early access" to new core books included ... access to those books. I'm going to go process that disappointment elsewhere.
