I am currently unable to select any of the spells from Lost Laboratory of Kwalish for my characters. They were previously there as selectable options. They are still listed as being purchased and I can view them in the game rules. I just simply cannot give characters access to them anymore.
I have confirmed that this issue is not exclusive to a particular character or subclass.
Is that a recent change? Because I 100% have never enabled that before because I thought is was just the LoL stuff, yet I had previously been able to view the spells on this character.

No, that isn’t new. “Noncore” isn’t just the lol stuff, it includes anything that was released for the Extra Life charity.
That....odd. I know for a fact I saw the spells on this character before. I copied it to plan out the next few levels worth of spells a month ago, didn't change the settings, and Galder's Tower was available.
