Hey trying to add magic items to a character I have in a campaign with content sharing enabled by the dm, the dm doesn't own the content which has the magic item in it but I do own it and have every source checked (red) on the home tab of the character builder yet still can't add it to my character sheet.
If you check this page, are your Account Entitlements in sync? Is Dungeon of the Mad Mage listed there under Current Product Licenses? https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/licenses
Do you have Expanded Rules enabled for that character?

Either way, check that your Account Entitlements are in sync and review your purchases on that same page to be sure.
