Explorers Guide to Wildemount Content Inaccessible

Greetings. 

I finally made the decision to upgrade my D&D Beyond account and purchase some books.
One of these books is the Explorer's Guide to Wildemount. My entitlements are synced.
When I go to create a new character, subclass options such as Echo Knight, Chronurgist and Graviturgist aren't 
listed as options. 

Could I be doing something wrong, or do I need help unlocking access?

You need to enable Critical Role content in the first tab of the character builder.

You have to activate Critical Role Content on the Home tab of the character builder.

From I can tell (I had the same problem), subclass options are currently restricted to legacy versions of the classes and are not displaying with the new 2024 rules.

Not sure how to fix that yet :)

They've said they're working with the third-party publishers to make their subclasses work with the 24 classes. This means it's probably licensing, and we have no idea when or if it'll ever be fixed. (and may not fix for everyone)

Until then, you have to use private homebrew if you want to make it work.

I thought Wildemount though in Exandria was an official release by Wizards of the coast?

Unfortunately this problem persists. Backgrounds and races from EGW show up, but not the subclasses.

Unfortunately it's still 100% up to Critical Role to update. My personal guess is that they won't, but homebrew copies of the subclass work just fine.

It's up to WOTC, they own the website, they collect the subscription fee. If the backgrounds and species can work, the subclasses can work.

 No, it's very much up those that own the IP and the rights to it. Backgrounds and species are not equivalent to subclasses in this situation. Wotc needs the permission and direction of the IP holders (in this case Critical Role/Darrington Press)

CR hasn't done anything to stop the straight up homebrew copies of Echo Knight. Where did CR state they are withholding 2 subclasses from WOTC?

The fact that people violate the homebrew rules and guidelines has less than nothing to do with this.

And CR hasn't said they're withholding anything from WotC, they simply (like many other creators) haven't yet provided guidance anywhere on if/how their content is compatible with 2024 rules.

So why did you leap to the conclusion it's CR's fault? I bought the content from dndbeyond, for use on dndbeyond, my yearly subscription fee is to dndbeyond. CR has nothing to do with that. I don't believe CR has anything to do with it, more likely it's one of the myriad bugs. In any case, my complaint is to dndbeyond since that's who I'm paying.

I brought attention to a problem. The ongoing discussion is people sassing me for doing it. Is that how this forum operates? Can you provide the source that CR is withholding these subclasses?

1.  I didn't leap to any conclusions, I relaying what has been officially stated to be the case; third party publishers and content partners (not WotC) have the final say on 2024 content updates (if there are to be any).
2. I never used the word fault, to do so would imply blame.
3. Why would you say Critical Role has nothing to do with Critical Role intellectual property? Explorer's Guide to Wildemount and Critical Role: Call of the Netherdeep, while WotC publications, are made in partnership with Critical Role who retain all the copyright and IP rights for the content. It's right there in the books:

I struggle with the same..  have had issues for two years now.. got ALL additional content available and enabled for my sheet.. 

Cannot for the life of me add the "Duskcrusher".. not a chance.. it's visible when I look the item up in the app on the website, etc.
But when I try to add it to my sheet, it simply doesn't get listed..
