Assuming you're talking about homebrew subclasses.
Is homebrew enabled for the character?
Is the character of the correct class? If all your homebrew subclasses were made for the 5.0 classes, they won't work with the 5.5 classes. They'll need to be recreated, because the site considers the two versions to be separate classes. (The official subclasses only work for both because they made a 5.5 version behind the scenes.)
