The Wizard's Scholar feature (level 2) states:
While studying magic, you also specialized in another field of study. Choose one of the following skills in which you have proficiency: Arcana, History, Investigation, Medicine, Nature, or Religion. You have Expertise in the chosen skill.
The list of available options does not match the above. It is not a subset of the above. It is all of the skills the character is proficient in.
In my test case, it is two from the above list, and two other, rather unwizardly skills.
