I had preordered Dragonheist, but I don't see it in my list in the compendium, nor in the list of my Content. I can access it via the website, but I was hoping to have an Offline version for my iPad where I'll be doing most of my DMing.
Deleting and re-installing the app isn't the best course of action to help resolve an issue (unless you are specifically directed to do so by support). :)
If you can't see content, such as Dragon Heist, follow these steps:
Open the App.
On My Account tap on your avatar.
Go on Custom Support.
Check for Manifest Update.
This should update the data in the app with the latest content.

Ditto. Was there before. Wouldn’t download. Deleted and reinstalled app. Doesn’t show up at all now.

It won't appear in my app either. Using Android, tried the manifest thing several times to no succes.

Feats: Artificer Apprentice
Monsters: Sheep - Spellbreaker Warforged Titan
Magic Items: Whipier - Ring of Secret Storage - Collar of the Guardian
Monster template: Skeletal Creature
For me it resolved itself after a couple of hours after purchase.
Is pre ordered it do that should not be a factor i think?
