Kenku are in Volo's Guide to Monsters - please check that you, or someone in the campaign has unlocked that on D&D Beyond, so that the campaign can use Kenku.
I have. I am the DM, and I purchased PHB, DMG, Xanathars complete and then purchased additional player content for races and subclasses from Volos and Mordenkainens. I enabled sharing and a lot of content is showing, but I have 2 players who want to play Kenku and its not showing for them.
I will review my purchases again to make sure the Volos content is there.

Yep I show the race bundle for Volos : SRE-00015 And I can see Kenku but 2 of my players couldn't but they could see the Xanthars content. I also have both the race and subrace bundle for Mordenkainens.

Are they making their characters in the campaign?
