Armor of Agathys is not part of free rules and requires you to have access to the relevant Player's Handbook.

Hi guys. I've already searched with AI what to do. But I can't fix the problem with the feat of my character.
I'm a deep gnome abjuration wizard level 6. I've gotten the rune shaper feat.
I can't choose the frost rune which provider armor of agathys.
I've deleten and downloaden the book again. I've checken if my account is sync. It is.
I want back from level 6 to 5 and to 6 again.
Everything didn't help.
What to do?
Are you using the 5e or 5.5e Wizard class?
Rune Shaper is from Bigby Presents: Glory of the Giants, which is 5e material, so the spells that it grants are the 5e versions of spells. Since the 5e Armor of Agathys is part of the 5e Player's Handbook, it won't show up on your character sheet if you don't own that book (or have access to it through content sharing).
Again, do you own the 2014 PHB? Or is this character assigned to a campaign where that book is shared with you? You'll need access to that book in order to select that spell.
I do not own the 2014 book. And the 2024 book is shared with me.
That would be why. The Rune Shaper feat is based on 2014 rules and will add 2014 version of spells. The 2014 Armor of Agathys is in the 2014 Player's Handbook so you need to own the 2014 Player's Handbook or have that shared with you. Or the person who owns the 2024 PHB can make a homebrew version of the Rune Shaper feat updated to use 2024 version of spells. This can be simple if they also own Bigby's (the book featuring Rune Shaper) as they can just copy it and edit spells. If they do not they would need to recreate from scratch.

But why can I select rune shaper in the app if we don't have the books? We own bigby's book. Maybe that's why. But then I should be able to select the spell. I can select other spells except armor of agathys
Rune Shaper isn’t from the 2014 PHB; it’s from Glory of the Giants. Presumably you either purchased that book or have it shared in that character’s campaign.

But why can I see these spells and feat if we don't use anything of the 2014 version?
You are using a feat from the 2014 rules (Rune Shaper). It grants you the 2014 versions of spells.
Some of those spells are freely available to everyone. One of them (Armor of Agathys) is not; you need to have access to the 2014 Player's Handbook to use it.
If you want to be using all 2024 content and no 2014 content, you could make a homebrew copy of Rune Shaper that grants the 2024 versions of its spells.
Don't i have to have downloaded these 2014/ books to have these options and feats to pop up? I haven't downloaded anything of 2014. But I can select thus feat... isn't this because of the bigby's book?

The Bigby book you're referring to is a 2014 book.
You do not have to download anything. The character builder is an online tool.
The feat is from the Bigby Presents: Glory of the Giants book. This book is based on 2014 version of 5th Edition D&D. It will reference the 2014 version of rules, conditions and spells. Some of the spells it may reference may be from the free 2014 Basic Rules which is available for everyone. Some spells may not be free and require the 2014 Player's Handbook.
Expansions and adventures are generally made with the expectation you have the 'core rulebooks' - the Player's Handbook, the Dungeon Master's Guide and the Monster Manual.
Because you have the Bigby book you can access the Rune Shaper feat.
The Rune Shaper feat references various spells - most are free and from the 2014 Basic Rules. Some are not and are from the 2014 Player's Handbook and will require that book to access those spells.

Yes. That book we have. But now is the question. Why can i select all spells except 'armor of agathys'?
The 2014 versions of Fog Cloud, Inflict Wounds, Disguise Self, Speak With Animals, Goodberry, Longstrider, Command, Entangle, Sanctuary and Thunderwave are all part of the Free 2014 Basic Rules. You don't need any books for these, everyone has access.
The 2014 versions of Chromatic Orb and Armor of Agathys are from 2014 Player's Handbook and you need access on here (via purchase or sharing) to have these show up.

AI doesn't take into account that you typically need to pay for not free options not being shared by another player in another campaign.
