When I chose the Alert Feat, it did not add the initiative modifier to my initiative block.  Should say (+)6, but it still only says (+)1.

 That appears to be a homebrewed version of the feat, it is apparently not actually programmed to work correctly. You would need to contact the author of that homebrew so they can fix it for you.
