Following up on what Sposta said, the only feats available for free are Grappler (from the Basic Rules) and Firearm Specialist (from Critical Role content). Any other feats require the purchase of a sourcebook. Probably what you're thinking of are the feats in the PHB, so you can either buy the whole PHB for ~$18 (normally its $30 but there's a good sale going on rn), or buy the individual feats for ~$2 each (go to the PHB store page and scroll down).
OK, so if you've previously had the feats through Content Sharing, check these things: 1. Are you actually creating the character within the campaign? Content is shared across campaigns, not across accounts.
2. Does the player that owns the feats/books have an active Master Tier subscription and has Campaign Sharing turned on for that specific campaign?
3. Try to get the player with the Master Tier sub to turn off Campaign Sharing on and then turn it back on. Sometimes the system can get a bit out of whack, but you can fix it by toggling the sharing setting.
If none of those work, you can report back here. But these steps fix the problems for ~%90 of users from what I've seen.
I just tried to make the same build and the Echo Knight did not even appear as an option. Would that mean that he canceled a subscription, or has the Sub-Class has been removed?
Just to make sure, you are creating the character in the campaign, right? You can only access shared content if you make the character in a campaign. The only reason I double-ask is because its a common mistake create the character in the wrong place.
Also, for the Echo Knight, make sure you have Critical Role content enabled on the character, as it comes from a CritRole source.
So Master Tier subs can only share with up to 5 campaigns at the same time. If the character is in the campaign and the content is no longer being shared, it could be because:
The person with the Master Tier accidentally turned off sharing for that campaign.
The person with the Master Tier disabled it to get one of their five slots back
The person with the Master Tier canceled the sub
Really, just ask the person with the Master Tier sub to see if they accidentally hit any buttons and if they can toggle the campaign sharing switch on and off again.
Rest assured, all of the subclasses, feats, races, and other stuff you can buy is implemented in the character builder, its just a question of finding out who shared it with you or how you bought it.
I don't know what happened to the "Ronin" background. It's not there anymore. I did "leave" the campaign with the other character, but I thought I could still level it up normally.
I am at 4th level and I only have an option of the Grappler and Firearm Specialist.
Can anyone tell what happened to all the other feats? I think I have every correct setting turned on.
The other feats are not free content and must be unlocked through purchase.

Hope this helps!
I built the character through our campaign. They were always there. Even if I create a new character, they are there.

Okay, I'll ask him tomorrow, which is when we're supposed to play.

Yes, that "mostly" worked.

The Ronin background is homebrew, so it's only going to be available when you're in a campaign with someone who has that in their homebrew collection.
