Trying to create a new character with the homebrew mousefolk race, but I receive a BAD API Request error when I select confirm for that race. I tested it out and this appears to be happening for all homebrew races in our campaign.

Mousefolk settlements can be found in the most unlikely and inhospitable of places. The Mousefolk aren't typically farmers, instead preferring hunting, trade, and craft to meet their needs. Mousefolk caravans are not an easy target for bandits, guarded by skilled archers within and a bristling wall of oak and steel without.
Mousefolk families extend beyond blood
ties, an individual's entire community is
treated as kin. Experiencing this as well. The DM for our group got the homebrew races and whenever I try to pick the Felis race on any browser and device, I get this:
Are these homebrew races ones that you or the DM have created, or grabbed from the public homebrew?
If they are public homebrew, do YOU (not whoever is content sharing) have a Hero or Master Tier subscription?
You can only use public homebrew (that wasn't created by your DM or another player in the campaign) if the person trying to use it has a subscription.
Any private homebrew that the DM or Players in a campaign have is automatically shared among all campaign participants.
