I’m thankful for the creation of stat blocks for monsters & npcs that don’t have stat blocks in the print books, but just a short list of the changes to be made from the typical stat block. In checking out this new feature, I found an error. The stat block for Orvex Ocrammas still uses the descriptor text for the NPC stat block he’s a variant of. (I’m trying to be vague to avoid spoilers). Instead, it should use a (paraphrase/summary?) of the description of him found in chapter 3, area 2 of Tomb of Annihilation.

We have to be careful with these, as they are explicitly defined by Wizards of the Coast as, ".... is a <monster> with the following changes:"
Typically we are adding an additional description box where it makes sense to do so.
I actually just did a review pass on this and added the extra description. :)
