Hey guys,

just purchased a hero subscription to get the online dice but can’t seem to find them?

i keep following the link back to my characters but nothing has changed.

am I missing something?

This site does not yet offer dice rolling in character sheets. The tier subscriptions mentioned nothing about dice. A hero tier allows you unlimited character slots, removes ads from the site, and grants the ability to add homebrew made and shared by others to your collection. It also offers early access to new tools that have reached public testing (alpha) phase of development. The Master tier offers everything the Hero tier offers plus the ability to enable content sharing in campaigns - this means players in the campaign can share premium (purchased) content with each other.

A 3D dice rolling feature is planned for the future. The forums offer inline (in posts) dice rolling - above where you type a message there are small icons for editing the message with fonts, formatting, etc. At the right end is a black square with three dots. Click this, enter options as prompted and it will include "roll" code. When you submit your message and make a post, it will be "rolled" to generate a result. The dice rolling feature will be entering subscriber alpha sometime soon but, as with all things on D&D Beyond, there is no fixed date; fixed dates lead to disappointment if something should cause that date to be missed.

You can rest assured that when character sheet dice do go live, there'll be plenty of social posts about it! I know Adam is very excited for the feature!
