I'm unsure if this is the place to post this but I'm currently undergoing an issue that has cropped up since yesterday. I purchased some time ago the Legendary Bundle and whenever I attempt to look at the modules that were apart of the bundle, it seems to show that I have to purchase it. This was not the case the day before when I was reading the Lost Mines of Phandelver.
If it says they're in sync, scroll down to 'Order Transactions' and see if it's got your Legendary Bundle purchase there. It should be easy to figure out which one is it because of the price point, but you can click 'View' in the View Order column to see what exactly was in a given order.
If you don't see the Bundle here, it's possible you accidentally have two accounts. Go to the 'My account' tab and see what services are linked to your account. With your join date being 2017, your account is probably associated with a twitch account. But if it's only associated with Google or something, then it means you probably have two accounts, and you'll need to get staff to help resolve that for you.
I followed through on the steps both of you recommended and everything is in sync, I scrolled down to the Order Transactions and see the 342$ Source Book Bundle that I procured. I have it linked to both a google and twitch account. I introduced the google account about a month ago and yet this occurred two days ago. I suppose I'll have to try and get direct staff attention on this.
If you have the Sourcebook Bundle (as opposed to the Adventure Bundle or the Legendary Bundle), you have not purchased any adventure modules* (like the Lost Mines of Phandelver). Were you, perhaps, in a campaign with content sharing turned on that gave you access to Lost Mines? Can you access things like the PHB, Volo's and Xanathar's?
*The exception to that would be the short adventures that are part of the setting guides (like Explorer's Guide to WIldemount) in the Sourcebook Bundle.
Ah! It seems that was the issue. It's rare I'm the player of a campaign and I didn't realize that I was part of one. The DM must've disabled content sharing. I'll be responding to them personally. I understood the Source Book Bundle as just a different terminology for the Legendary Bundle (since I no longer see it but it may have been a limited time offer). If this is the case, I feel pretty silly!
Is there anyway to see what was once apart of the Source Book Bundle, because it no longer seems to be available in the Marketplace and I'd like to know for sure what it is I've purchased since then.
The Legendary BUndle is still an option. If you go to the marketplace and click the Bundles, you can see all the bundles. If you click on a bundle (not the add to cart button), it will take you to a page that lists the contents.
After talking with the wife of the DM who was running the campaign I was apart of, it turns out that their Master Tier Subscription ran out. Without that, they could no longer content share! That was the problem. I've since left it, since it wasn't active (a stand by for homebrew modules) and that way I know for sure what all I have in my possession.
I'll give that bundle a look see, thank you everyone for your assistance. It seems it has finally been resolved and I do feel quite silly all the same. Thank you Arwen!

and if it offers you the option to “re-sync” your entitlements then do that.
