I'm a starting DM for starters players. We're playing the adventure from the essential kit, and the players are a human fighter, an elf cleric and a dwarf bard. The dwarf has 10 HP, since his Hit Die is D8, he has con mod 1 and he get Plus 1 from the Dwarven Toughness feat. However, both the human fighter and the elf cleric have extra 4 points we're not sure where they came from. What could be the reason for that?
There is a known bug where, if you change your HP preference before selecting your class it doesn’t know which Hit Die to use and defaults to the Barbarian’s d12 for starting HP. Simply reset the “Rolled HP” from 12 to 8 and it’ll sort everything out.

Can you post urls for the characters? Will be easier to tell why this may be happening if we can actually look at the characters.
I understand it might be some bug that occurs when creating a character. The elf did change his HP and it seems like the problem was solved for him.
In any case, here's a link to the human:

Oh my god I'm stupid... For some reason I thought that fighters have D6 hit die, but they actually have D10... which means his HP is alright....
thanks for the help though!
