Am I doing something wrong? Is this just a limitation the character sheet manager? As an aside, why can't the Saving throws section of the character sheet have its own additions or modifiers applied to it? The vision section can be updated and changed, along with the defenses section. This is a very annoying that I can't add a note to the character sheet.
Also, the Mantle of Spell Resistance requires attunement, but your amulet does not. That may be the issue. Some modifiers only work on magic items if the magic item requires attunement.
Hey there - I took a look at this and I believe it was because of how we have the Mantle of Spell Resistance set up to work on our back end. If you set it up using the modifier by itself (ie not copying the Mantle of Spell Resistance itself) - it should work without any issues. In any case, I've corrected the issue for your magic item and the Advantage with saving throws should show up now without any issues.
I'll definitely pass along this issue though!

Hello, I duplicated the mantle of spell resistance to represent a custom campaign magic item my character got.
I created this homebrew item - https://www.dndbeyond.com/magic-items/2518315-cold-iron-amulet - and have added it to their character sheet. They are now wearing it, but the Adv vs Spells is not showing up on my character's saving throw modifiers.

When you add the Modifier, did you fill in the details field?
Modifier: Advantage->Subtype: Saving Throws->Details “Against Spells”
