I bought the Horde of the Dragon Queen, and I'm missing the "Dragon Scholar" Background Feature, which can replace another feature. I'm currently running a Sage with the Dragon Scholar feature in a game, and I'd love to be able to run him fully statted in D&D Beyond.
I’m an owner of the Legendary Bundle and have noticed that several Background Features aren’t listed when you use the Custom Background in the Character Builder.
When will these be listed? (This post is almost a YEAR OLD!)
SInce it’s been almost a year can you please open a Feature Request Ticket in your tracking database to have these missing Background Features added to the Background Features Menu?

I don't know the answer, but you could homebrew the background.

Those options from Hoard of the Dragon Queen are only Background features, not entire Backgrounds.
As it is now, the builder can't handle single Background features.

What if you just homebrew a Feat with the name and description?
Doesn't seem like a free Feat with no statistical bonuses would hurt...
