I'm unable to add Silvery Barbs on an Arcane Trickster.  I've turned all the source options on and it's still not there as an option.

Yes, I own Strixhaven, all content is enabled, entitlements are in sync, and I paused my VPN.

I recently picked up "Strixhaven: A Curriculum of Chaos" and have this issue as well. The Arcane Trickster in my campaign is unable to add Silvery Barbs to their spell list and I cannot add it for them. I can add it to my own personal characters so I do own the content.

For the time being I'm going to create a homebrew copy of Silvery Barbs. This is not the first time I've encountered issues with the Content Sharing in D&D Beyond and it is the primary reason I purchase content on the site. I suggest resolving these issues should be higher priority than instead of redirecting users to an FAQ list intended to work around design flaws in the content sharing system, but I am only one voice.

Strixhaven is an M:tG setting, that toggle needs to be on (red, to the right) on the character builder’s Home tab.
