I'm looking to make a Warforged Artificer Artillerist, I know its all in the physical Eberron book, but the website says I need Tasha’s Cauldron of Everything for the class instead. Can I just buy the Race from the Eberron book and get the class from Tasha's? Or will I need to buy both books to get full access to skills and spells for that race and class?

you can just buy the Race from the Eberron book and the class from Tasha's. Buying the class, however, does not get you spells, however. If you don't own any full books or individual spells here, you will be limited to the spells in the SRD and the Elemental Evil Players Companion. you can buy spells individually or you can buy all the spells in a particular book if you prefer.
