Also having a problem with this - it says there's a problem renewing my subscription, but when I click on subscription the only option it gives me is to cancel, or a page where it has the sub tiers (but says I'm not signed in at the top). I'd really like access to my characters, cause, y'know.
Yeah this is getting absurd. I’ve been unable to play properly for two games and about to have a third since this happened. Can we get an ETA on a fix please? Or I’ll have to take my business elsewhere. . .
I am having the same issue. I put a help request in through the support link but all I've gotten back is a message saying they received my help ticket - nothing else. So frustrating! Please at least let us know there an issue and you're working on it
My DnD beyond Sub just ran out, and im trying to re-subscribe
However, when i am on the subscription page, it treats me as not being logged in
and licking 'sign in', does not work
furthermore, when i click on either hero or master tier to subscribe, it takes me to an error screen
I would like to subscribe, to unlock my 300+ characters, but i cannot at this time.
