Last week I was using 3/6 character slots. I upgraded my account and now those three characters are gone from both the site and the mobile app (ios)???
I notice you have multiple accounts (jaacen, jaacen4563, and jaacen89136) under your email address. This account was created 9 days ago. Your oldest account is under your Twitch login.
I'd also recommend contacting support to help you with the subscription.
