After looking at my build.....Yes I have confirmed that the proficiency was already selected. Thank you StormNight & ArwensDaughter for pointing me in the right direction.
According to SCAG, Far Traveler is supposed to get Insight and Perception but Perception is not automatically given nor is it an option in the selection list that is given. The character does NOT have perception as a cleric.

The background listed as "Far Traveler" is missing "Insight" from the "Skill Tree" picker.
Does your character already have insight from race or class? This is the most common reason for a skill being "missing" from the list.

If a proficiency is "missing" from a list, it's because your character already has that proficiency from elsewhere (race/class/background).
