I have a free account. And so I can't make more than 8 encounters. And an encounter titled "assasin encounter" isn't actually deleting. Despite the campaign it was attached to being deleted.
You need to create a new campaign and assign the encounter to it before you will be able to delete the encounter. You can then delete the unnecessary campaign.
