When building a bard, the system seems to be handling the Magical Secrets feature by giving them two spells instead of one on levels where that feature would apply. However, this is just adding more bard spells to their list rather than the valuable aspect of the class feature, which is allowing them to draw from the entire spell list during those levels.
The Additional Magical Secrets feature from the College of Lore subclass works as intended, and I suggest handling the bard's other Magical Secrets at 10, 14, and 18 the same way rather than rolling them into the general "bard spells that the class gets" function.
I can confirm this. I created a random character at level 10. I edited the character sheet and removed a few spells it chose. When I went to add level spells, I was only presented with the Bard class skills list from which to choose. I should have been given the Entire Spell List from all classes from which to choose.
By 10th level, you have plundered magical knowledge from a wide spectrum of disciplines. Choose two spells from any class, including this one. A spell you choose must be of a level you can cast, as shown on the Bard table, or a cantrip. The chosen spells count as bard spells for you and are included in the number in the Spells Known column of the Bard table. You learn two additional spells from any class at 14th level and again at 18th level.
So the app is not pulling from the entire spell list.

It has been fixed, but not retroactively. You'll have to create the character anew to see the class feature showing up properly. (Sucks, I know, but well, this is beta.)
Oh, I see. Yeah, it's true that it doesn't group them with the rest of the bard spells, but I think it had to be done that way for the feature to work properly. What we were reporting before was that the bard didn't get the option to pull from any spell list on levels when they should have been able to do so--at that time the "magical secrets" did appear with the rest of the bard spells on the sheet, but weren't true magical secrets.
