In my Cleric spell manager it's showing some of the spells I selected from my bard levels. My character is Cleric 1/Bard 10/Warlock 1.
My 1st level cleric spells are showing up in my Bard spell manager. When I try to remove them I get a Javascript error in the console. They're also being counted toward my spells known limit despite being from a different class.

It's also happening to my other character Paladin 4/Sorcerer 2. The Detect Magic spell is from my Paladin spell list prepared spells. I didn't select this for Sorcerer. When I try to remove it, the message responds with the error "SPELL_REMOVE: That spell was not found for that class/character combination."
It's also showing up in my character sheet:
