I purchased the items from Lost Laboratory of Kwalish, however I can not find the items while managing my characters inventory (Manage Equipment). The specific item that I am looking for is Heward's Hireling Armor.
If I remember correctly, that is “noncore content,” and the toggle for such on the Home tab of the character builder needs to be on (red, to the right).
