When I'm using the character builder, I find that when I create a sorcerer and change it's level, it doesn't update the spell levels available. It correctly unlocks character options and updates the number of spells known, but the levels of spells available to choose from doesn't update (I.E. when I change from level 1 to level 5, it lets me choose new spells but only from level 0 or 1 spell lists).
If I go out to the character sheet and back in to the editor, it updates properly and opens up the correct spell level selections, but I have to do that every time I change the character level.

If you do not currently have the "Spells" tab open when the level is changed, the spells should load as intended. Otherwise you can simply move forward or backward one page in the builder (To race, for example) to have your browser reload the spells tab without needing to reload the full page.
I find that changing sections of the builder does NOT cause the spell selection to update.
It only appears to load the spells tab once, and if this happens before the level is changed it only loads it again on fully exiting and reentering the builder.

Refreshing the page while you're on the class section will suffice as well.
I also have this issue. Have a Paladin 2/Sorcerer 2 and cant update with lvl 2 sorc spells because it only shows up to lvl1 spell. Refreshed and nothing happened

Yeah, this is not related to the OP and is not actually a bug. The multiclassing rules say you learn spells as if you weren't multiclassed . A level 2 sorcerer can't learn level 2 spells, so a sorcerer 2/paladin 2 can't either.

Hello, this is a browser caching issue.
If you do not currently have the "Spells" tab open when the level is changed, the spells should load as intended. Otherwise you can simply move forward or backward one page in the builder (To race, for example) to have your browser reload the spells tab without needing to reload the full page.
Hope that helps!

I believe they have a solution in mond for this issue, but will be part of a major update which may take a while to get to.

That’s because a level 2 Sorcerer only has access to 1st-level spells.
