Lately, I have had the error 500 come up probably 90% of the time that I have tried to access my characters' character sheets. It doesn't matter which character I have tried clicking through them randomly (I have 70+), but if it is there for one, it is there for all. I know it must have something to do will my account because it doesn't matter if I am on my desktop, laptop, or mobile and my DND group don't have the same problems. I have checked for viruses on my computers (none found), I tried clearing my caches (nothing), I've tried restarting my computer (has worked a couple times on my laptop, but not my desktop). And I'm out of ideas. I'm not sure what to do that would help the situation. I would just use the character app, but I DM and sometimes need to switch over to my player's character sheets which you can't access on the app, and there are still certain things that you can't do on the app yet as it is still being completed.
The error has been showing up more and more frequently for the past couple of weeks.
Anyone have any ideas of what is happening or what I can do to fix it?

Do you use a VPN? Any browser extensions?

I do actually use a VPN. I don't think I have any browser extensions but honey.
VPNs and browser extensions of any kind can adversely affect how DDB works.
