Hello there. I recently purchased the wildemount subraces for one pf my players to use andits not showing up in character creator for either of us?

Any help would be appreciated. I thought the purchase might not have gone through but i got the confirmation email.

You have to turn on “Critical Role content” on the home tab of the character creation page.

If checking CR didn't work, try toggling content sharing off and on.

Also, which of the 4 subraces are you missing?
