Wondrous items are not capable of having infusions placed on them. ( I don't see anything saying this isn't allowed in the artificer infusion rules.)
In the item list there are two separate double bladed scimitars the normal one and one listed as Revanat blade double bladed scimitar. Infusions can't be placed on the Revanant blade.
The Elf Variant feat for double bladed scimitar can only be applied to the Revanant blade listed above.
Infusions issues also apply to power armor selection for artificer armor UA subclass
You cannot put an infusion on a Magic Item, that’s in the rules for infusions under Artificer.
There was no way for the DDB system to make the Revenant Blade feat work correctly, so to fake it in the system they had to make it as a magic weapon. Since infusions can’t go into magic items that is the issue.
