I recently contacted the staff about an issue with purchased content. I'm wondering how long it will take for them to respond to me, and how long it takes them to typically resolve issues.
When contacting support it can usually be 2 to 3 business days for a response. As you may imagine, they've gotten a whole lot busier very quickly, so they may take a little bit longer than usual to respond.

just want to check - when you say you contacted staff, did you submit a support ticket?
That's the only official mechanism we have for support.
The dedicated support team will receive the ticket and then contact you by email.
