I just recently got into dnd and my DM asked me to make a character sheet online and I can't have it match my character when Wild Magic doesn't appear as an option
It is in the PHB. The only free sorcerer subclass is draconic bloodline (every class has 1 free subclass, not counting UA and CR). So you either need to buy the PHB on DDB, but just the subclass, join a campaign with content sharing and someone who did one of the two, or use the physical PHB and add it using homebrew tools.
If you are new to DnD, I’d suggest just buying the wild magic subclass. If you want spells that aren’t part of the free resources, you might want to buy those. If you have access to the physical books, you could use them to choose your spells and then buy only the ones you chose that aren’t available for free. If you need help figuring out how to do that, post back and I or someone else will guide you.
I'm on a campaign with content sharing enabled and it still won't let me pick wild magic. Any suggestions?
Have you or anybody else in the campaign purchased the Wild Magic origin or the PHB?
If you have, is your character in the campaign?
If it is, please ask whoever has Contact Management check and try turning sharing off then on again
