I have a Hand Crossbow +1, with the attack showing in my actions tab. When I click it the sidebar shows details. It is normally +9 to hit with 1d6+5 damage.
Selecting "Customize", I set the hit bonus to -5 and damage bonus to +10, per sharpshooter.
Now the action read +4 to hit and 1d6+15 damage, as expected.
When I refresh the page, the stats have changed to +10 to hit and 1d6+6, the incorrect stats, and customization says it is not customized.
Not sure what's going on, wanted to report the bug and see if anyone else could reproduce this.
Here is an image that shows my actions, tab, this time with regular crossbow correct, and +1 and +2 both wrong. All I did was add them to my inventory, equip them, and refresh the page. Before refresh they were all correct.

Hello, thank you for your report. I've been trying to reproduce the issue on your sheet, but I am not seeing any changes upon refreshing. Could you please provide some more information:
1) What device / OS are you using? 2) What browser are you using? 3) Do you have any browser extensions installed?
I have been able to reproduce the bug on an iPhone SE (most recent iOS update) in Safari, a PC running Windows 7 in Chrome, and a PC running windows 8 in Chrome.
In the windows 7 PC I have a proxy extension, but on the Windows8 PC and Iphone dont have any extensions installed.
It may be related to adding a second magic weapon. This time I added a +2 Hand Crossbow to my inventory and equipped it. After refreshing, the +1 and +2 hand crossbows are showing the same stats.
Thank you! I am able to reproduce the issue when adding weapons with differing bonuses like this. I appreciate your investigation, and have passed the information along to the team.
Now I can’t even get a +1 Hand Crossbow to display right. It will read correctly when I add it, but reloading the page makes it read like a +2. This is without adding additional +n magic items.

Hello again-- Is this after customizing it, or always after refreshing? Loading your character I currently see it displaying as +9, which appears consistent with what is adding: +4 (Dex), +2 (Proficiency), +2 (Archery Bonus), +1 (Crossbow Bonus)

Edit: here's my character sheet: https://www.dndbeyond.com/profile/ThomasMarkov/characters/26671979
Edit2: Seems like this started happening right after I got moved to the new character sheet.
Just now refreshed, and this time it didn't reset customization, but it did add 1 to my hit and damage for no reason at all.
Update, now it seems things are just acting up and it has nothing to do with customization.
Now when I refresh, with no customizations on, its just adding 1 to my hit and damage.

Here is the image taken from my iPhone, showing the +1 and +2 crossbows with the same stats.
The statistics from the last screenshot I posted are still showing on all three devices I listed.
